What does Bubbles in a Bowl cover?

You can do the entire course in your bathtub...or on your kitchen counter :)

front float

Mouth Bubbles

Teach your child how to get comfortable with getting their mouth wet and with blowing bubbles.

Nose Bubbles

Move from mouth bubbles (fairly easy) to nose bubbles where lots of kids get stuck in the process.

Face Bubbles

Help your child master nose bubbles and then work to get their whole face in the water! This is a huge piece when working on unassisted front float and strokes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Your Questions Answered

How long are the lessons?

The videos for each lesson are about 3 minutes long. There is also written content for every lesson.

Do I need other equipment?

For the Full Course: Other than a swimsuit, a noodle and something that sink are helpful to have (but not necessary). Some kids will also want goggles but they're not required.

For the Mini Course: Bubbles in a Bowl, you will need a bowl and water.

For the Sample Lesson: The lesson is on Front Float (assisted) and nothing is needed.

Can my kid watch the videos?

Absolutely! It will actually help your child to hear the information more than once (from the video and then from you, the parent. It will also help them to see another child try the skill.

Do I have to have a pool?

Some of the skills (especially the front and back skills) require a pool or larger body of water.
